• Prior to your visit, ensure you've completed the release form and have your email confirmation ready to present at the admission window.

• If you prefer, you can print out the release form from the link below – we accept this format as well.

• While credit cards are accepted, cash payment offers faster check-in.

• Please be patient with our hardworking volunteers as they strive to check you in efficiently.

• Be considerate of other visitors by avoiding parking lot blockages and not obstructing other vehicles. If our staff is present, kindly follow their directions.

• Please note that you may be asked to step out of the line if the release forms are not present when reaching the admission window.
