HorsePower for Kids is an outdoor animal sanctuary and
family fun farm located in Northwest Tampa near Oldsmar
and Westchase.
You do not need a reservation to visit us during business hours. Reservations are only needed for events/parties, field trips, or horseback riding. 

   We offer:

  • Animal Petting Area 

  • Pony rides 

  • Horseback riding (kids 7-15yrs old) (reservation highly recommended)

  • Playground and picnic area

  • Tire & Bench Swings

  • Birthday Parties/Corp Events/Weddings (reservation ONLY)

   Things to Know:

  • No reservation needed to visit during business hours

  • No outside pets are allowed

  • Tour at your own leisure

  • Release form is required if visiting with minors

What does HPFK do when there is bad weather?

If the weather is serious enough to put staff, volunteers, and animals at risk, HPFK will close or delay opening. We will do our best to inform you as quickly as possible.
